Core technology

A ceramic core that keeps giving heat.

When you turn a conventional heater off it cools down very quickly. Thanks to the ceramic core, heat is retained inside the radiator for longer, emitting warmth even after it has stopped drawing power. The same residual heat an oil filled radiator offers, from a harder wearing material that can never leak.

Built to conduct

A conductive aluminium body.

The heat then flows through the EXO’s aluminium body: a metal chosen for its thermal conductivity and its ability to transfer warmth quickly, as well as its resistance to rust. Slim on the wall at 100 mm deep, silent in operation and finished in white.

One socket. That is the whole install.

The EXO comes with a sturdy mounting bracket and wall fixings, so you can securely attach it to the wall in just a few simple steps. The heater is supplied with a 3 pin plug attached for quick setup.

Step 01

Mount

A sturdy wall bracket and fixings are in the box. Mark, drill, hang. The radiator must be wall mounted and never covered.

Step 02

Plug in

A 3 pin UK plug is already fitted, so setup is plug and play. One 230 V socket, no plumber, no wet trades, no second visit.

Step 03

Programme

Set the temperature and the weekly schedule on the ThermalQ display, or pair the heater to the SolAire app and do it from your phone.

Heated area is an estimate for a modern, well insulated room. Heat loss varies in every room: areas with high heat loss, such as conservatories, require more power. Contact us directly if you are unsure. Depth is 100 mm on every size.

ThermalQ. Goodbye to confusing buttons.

The EXO uses SolAire’s ThermalQ display for the most intuitive experience possible: a full text TFT screen in place of cryptic icons, running a precision thermostat accurate to ±0.5°C and the seven day programmer on the heater itself. Even without WiFi you keep full control directly from the panel, so nothing depends on your broadband.

Pairing needs a 2.4 GHz WiFi band. If your router is set to 5 GHz, switch it across for setup and back afterwards if you prefer.

Voice and zones

Voice and zonal control.

Manage heating in different rooms or zones independently: keep the living room warm while unused spaces save energy. Integrate with Amazon Alexa and Google Home and the EXO works with your favourite smart home systems, temperature and schedules by voice alone.

Manager limit mode

Built for landlords and building managers.

Limit mode prevents the heater from being set above the Eco temperature. Warmth can only be increased by pressing Boost and selecting one or two hours, then the heater returns to the schedule. The mode is protected by a 4 digit code, needed to deactivate it or access the heater’s settings, and can be enabled or disabled from either the control panel or the SolAire app. Ideal for building managers and landlords seeking to conserve energy and lower operational expenses.

Measure your room, pick the room type and press calculate. It uses the same wattage rules our team quotes with.

As a rule of thumb, allow about 100 W for every square metre of floor area, and more for conservatories or poorly insulated rooms.

Free next working day delivery to the UK mainland. Order before 12 noon and it leaves the same working day. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands are charged at discounted rates and take longer.
