Radialight’s Windy electric bathroom heater is equipped with high-performance heating technology. It keeps your bathroom warm and cosy while reducing energy consumption. The Windy has a sleek, compact, wall mounted design and features two aluminium bars for drying towels. It is fan-assisted for rapid warmth and comes in white or mirror finishes.
The Windy’s features include touch screen controls, LED display, 5 weekly timer programs, 4 operating modes, thermostat, presence detection, open window recognition, boost mode and a removable dust filter. It is splash proof (IP24 rated). The dimensions are 318mm width x 578mm height x 112mm depth with two power outputs – 1000W & 1800W. The Radialight Windy can heat up to 14 square metres – ideal for small to large bathrooms.
Weekly programming settings
Presence Detection
The presence sensor helps to reduce energy consumption. It automatically lowers the ambient temperature when no
presence is detected in the room for at least 10 minutes. When motion is detected, the Windy automatically returns back
to the set comfort temperature.
Open Window Recognition
This function makes it possible to detect an open window and automatically activate the anti-freeze operating mode. When the function is enabled, a dedicated icon lights up on the lower area of the display if an open window is detected.
Energy Efficient Power Management
Fully Eco-Design / Lot 20 Compliant, the Windy is designed to reduce the energy consumption and increase energy efficiency. This makes the heater more cost effective to run.
The presence detection monitor autonomously adjusts the heater’s temperature when the room is empty. If the room is empty for 10 minutes, it automatically switches to ECO Mode. When you return, the Windy will switch back to comfort mode. This function ensures that energy isn’t wasted on heating an empty room while maintaining a comfortable air temperature.
The Windy also has open window detection, so you don’t have to worry about heating the great outdoors. When a window is opened, the heater will automatically switch into frost-free mode.
